Welcome to Antrim Vehicle Hire Services. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website antrimvehiclehire.co.uk and our vehicle rental services. By using our services

1. Antrim Lease

All vehicle rentals through Antrim are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement supplied at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. This agreement sets out the specific terms, conditions, insurance details, charges, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail for that rental.

2. Antrim Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Antrim, you must:

Be at least 21 years old when renting from Antrim (age limits can differ by vehicle type, and additional charges may apply for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid photographic identification, proof of address and a payment card in the driver’s name at the time of collection.

3. Reservations and Payment

Bookings may be made via our website, by telephone, or in person at our Antrim location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment and a security deposit are normally due when the vehicle is collected. All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Return

You must inspect the vehicle on collection and report any existing damage to Antrim immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed at handover. Return the vehicle in the same condition as at collection, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified after return will be assessed and charged.

5. Liability and Insurance

Antrim provides basic third-party insurance with all rentals. Full coverage details and excess amounts are listed in the Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be available to lower your financial responsibility. We recommend you review these carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the stated excess amount.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Antrim's cancellation and amendment policies vary by booking type and notice period. Please refer to your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for details. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

7. Antrim Prohibitions

You must not use the Antrim vehicle for:

Any illegal purpose or activity involving an Antrim vehicle. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials. Subletting the vehicle to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers. Operating the vehicle when impaired by alcohol or drugs. Use for purposes for which the vehicle is not intended.

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate Antrim rental termination and charges.

8. Limitation of Liability (Antrim)

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Antrim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law (Antrim)

These Terms are governed by Northern Ireland law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Ireland courts.

10. Changes to Antrim Terms

Antrim may amend these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of Antrim services after posting indicates acceptance of the amended Terms.
